The futuristic look of 3D5 conjures images of starship officers and their multi-tiered chess games. But 3D5 is more correctly a relative of the humble Tic Tac Toe. The object is to get five marbles in a row across, down, or diagonally, either on just one level, or across all five! Using tweezers to place colored marbles on the grid, players must simultaneously monitor five levels in a defensive mode, while seeking to exploit any opponent’s weakness that may be exposed. Several clear marbles marking changeable free spaces are placed before game play begins. This adds to the game’s complexity, which involves over 100 different ways to win. 3D5 is easy to learn, but challenging to master. Includes patented, collapsible tower that requires no effort to set up, two sets of colored marbles, marble tweezers, and rules. Box size: 10½" x 6½" x 6½".
