The Rocking Seesaw Maze combines the seesaw and balance board action. Rocking the seesaw back and forth will improve balance, coordination and core muscle stability. Working one ball slowly through the z-maze requires strength and control, and for an even more difficult challenge, work both balls through the z-maze together. Finally, try to get one ball at the beginning of the maze, and the other one at the end. It’s a progressive exercise that involves the entire body as well as the mind ---- and it’s enormous fun!
